They all came together in Richmond in order to pay tribute to assassinated Burnaby RCMP constable. Shaelyn Yang. On the same day, her alleged murderer made another come up in the provincial court of Vancouver. The videos of this march are currently circulating on the web showing that the parade was quite large. This parade of Richmond started with civilians and firefighters wearing uniforms and many people joined them. This parade is a way to pay honour to the late constable who lost her life on duty.

We earlier reported that a 31-years-old man who was homeless and suffering from mental health issues stabbed to the demise a constable this incident happened 2 weeks back when she and a Burnaby worker attempted to release an eviction order against the person who was residing in the tent which he formed in the local park. After that both get involved in an argument which turned into murder and a homeless man stabbed her. She lost her life on the spot. Shaelyn Yang really means a lot to people that’s why everyone joined her to pay the last tribute at the time of the emotional funeral service.

Her regimental funeral was conducted in the place where she lived along with her spouse Simone. Many people travelled from Canada and parts of the U.S to give their respect to her. Ash Tan, the cousin of Yang narrates a eulogy on the side of her family and explained the constable, who served in the mental health and homeless outreach team of the Burnaby RCMP detachment. Talking about her murder case, the accused was identified as 37-years-old Jongwon Ham who comes up through video on Wednesday. but the case was postponed to 16th November 2022. He appeared in court for the 2nd time, and he has been in police custody since the day he was detained on 18th October 2022. In the reports, it is mentioned that Yang was lethally stabbed and she opened fire at Ham.
