Noreen Bush Death Reason
Noreen was diagnosed with cancer two and a half years ago and she was dealing with health issues that were severe in condition when she was on medical leave. Later she even resigned because of her heart and that is the reason behind her demise. David Tominsky, President of the Board of directors has said on behalf of all his colleagues that Noreen was a compassionate leader who was always ahead in every decision-making and was the strength of the decisions and the management as well. Noreen added that Noreen was known for her leadership, her hard work, and her smile which was caring and blessed as well. David further continued by adding that they were blessed to know Noreen.

Noreen was the first woman to be appointed as the superintendent of the CRCSD and she faced many challenges during her employment and her reign as well. Noreen even dealt with various issues including covid and the pandemic providing people with the facilities they needed and also overseeing the district’s recovery from the derecho during 2020. Kennedy High School posted on Facebook about the passing of Noreen and said that Noreen was an incredible leader who was available during difficult times. President Nancy Humbles said earlier that Noreen is a person with authentic and dynamic bridge-building and she also is a visionary along with being collaborative as well.

Noreen had her childhood in Cedar and she attended the CRCSD schools as well while she graduated from Jefferson High School. She had her degree from the University of Northern Lowa ad after her graduation, Noreen began her teaching career in Clayton Missouri, while she later joined the CRSSD in 2017 after serving as the Secondary director of education. She was appointed as the Superintendent in 2020 after the district’s board of directors decided to appoint her to the position. Noreen was the first person to be hired as the superintendent of her district apart from being the first woman to be hired in that position.
