Jim Sweeney’s Death Reason
As per many of the sources, Sweeney passed away on the 1st of October 2022, Saturday and he was 60 years old at the time of his death. His son Marvin Powell III has clarified that Jim passed away as a result of heart failure but the cause of death was not revealed immediately eventually later they said that he passed after he suffered cardiac arrest. Frank Ramos who is the longtime public relations director said in a statement that Jim was one of the toughest players and he was a technically good player as well apart from being a great leader. Frank added that Jim was a fun guy to work with and liked by many of his teammates.

Jim was drafted in 1984 in the second round of the Jets and he started off with two years as a rookie as the left guard he was then moved on to the left tackle while he played in 16 games as well. until 1987 he was playing at the side tackles while he entered the centre of the game or the team in 1988 until 1994. While speaking about his position, Jim said that centre with his natural position and he was in the centre of the team or the game while he was in school and in his college teams as well. He had a 16-year-old long career in the NFL and later after that he moved on to play with Seattle in 1995 later he moved on to become the four years run with the Steelers after which he retired from his work in 1999.

Jim was survived by his wife Julie and the five children that Jima and Julie shared namely Shannon, Liam, Aislinn, Kilian, and Teagan. He passed away hours before two of the teams that he played the steelers and the Jets were involved in a game at the NFL. Lyon in Pittsburgh said that he was shocked to hear about the passing of Jima and that he was sad to hear that the great teammate passed away in such a tragic way. Former Jest wife receiver Wesley while speaking about the demise said that Jim was one of the best Linemen ever and that he was a [physical specimen. Wesley added that he loved Jim.
