But when he woke up he instantly came to shock. This incident happened at Assin Fosum House on Friday, 12th August 2022 after he was feeling unbearable and sharp pains were coming from his scrotum and penis, as stated by the media outlet. The man informed the media outlet that he is presently getting medical treatment in the medical facility but it seems like he will require surgery. He states he requires money to get the operation in Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospitals. Atta states he is still not sure how he picked up his knife after nodding off in the chair, as reported by another publication.

She instantly came house to discover him where watched him bleeding and grabbed his private parts and instantly get him a nappy in order to reduce blood flow. He was instantly admitted to the hospital with serious but non-life-menacing wounds. His asserts follow reports of a man who consciously chopped off his testicles.
